ABOUT US
We are a united group of Charlton residents who find the current condition of our animal shelter unacceptable. As pet owners and animal lovers, we are committed to rebuilding the Charlton Animal Shelter into a safe, welcoming, temporary sanctuary for our lost/displaced animals. F.O.C.A.S. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
If our mission is also your passion, please consider joining FOCAS; for only as a team can we make a difference.
